Support through every season of loss
Before a death
Grief may begin as health, independence, relationships and familiar roles start to change. We provide anticipatory-grief support, caregiver guidance, legacy activities and a safe place to talk about what is happening.
As death approaches
During the final days, our team offers emotional presence, family guidance, meaningful rituals and support in understanding and honoring this important time.
After a death
Our care continues for 13 months after a loss. Families may receive individual grief counseling, grief connection groups, educational resources, remembrance opportunities and ongoing support as they adjust to life after loss.
Ways we can support you
Individual Grief Counseling
Individual grief counseling is available to family members and loved ones of patients who received care from Dynamic Hospice. Meet one-on-one with our licensed grief therapist in a confidential and compassionate setting. Counseling is shaped around your experience, your relationship, and what you need—not a prescribed timeline for “moving on. ”
Support Groups
Connect with others who understand the loneliness, uncertainty and changes that accompany caregiving and grief. Dynamic offers structured grief groups as well as more informal opportunities for conversation and connection.
Programs may include:
● Understanding Your Grief
● Walking Grief Group
● Grief Café
● Caregiver Connect
● Widows Club
Programs and Events
Find upcoming support groups, workshops, remembrance events and community gatherings. Some programs offer grief education, while others provide space to reflect, remember and connect.
Find connection and support
Grief can feel isolating, but it does not have to be carried alone. Whether your loss is
approaching, recent or part of a story you have carried for some time, we welcome you to reach out.
You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you need. Our team can listen, answer questions and help you identify a place to begin.
