Grief & Bereavement Support

Support Beyond the First Year

Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and healing often continues long after the loss of a loved one. That's why hospice bereavement support is available for at least 13 months following a patient's passing. During this time, families and loved ones can access compassionate guidance, grief resources, counseling referrals, and ongoing support to help navigate anniversaries, holidays, and other significant milestones with care and understanding.

Community Support

Grief can touch anyone, regardless of whether they have received hospice services. That's why support may also be available to members of the community who are coping with the loss of a loved one or seeking guidance through the grieving process. Through educational resources, support groups, and compassionate bereavement services, we strive to create a welcoming space where individuals and families can find understanding, encouragement, and hope. Our mission is to ensure that no one has to navigate grief alone.

Grief is different for everyone

There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Every person experiences loss differently, and healing happens at its own pace. We provide compassionate support that honors each individual's emotions, memories, beliefs, and personal journey through grief.

Support for Families & Caregivers

Families and caregivers are an essential part of the hospice journey, and they deserve care and support as well. Our services are designed to help those caring for a loved one by providing education, emotional support, practical guidance, and bereavement resources. Whether you're navigating difficult decisions, adjusting to new responsibilities, or coping with loss, we're here to ensure you never have to face it alone.

What grief support looks like

Grief support means having someone to walk beside you during life's most difficult moments. Whether through one-on-one conversations, support groups, educational resources, or simply a listening ear, we provide compassionate care that helps individuals and families navigate loss with understanding, comfort, and hope.

Families are not left alone after the death

Families need support long after saying goodbye. Our commitment doesn't end with the passing of a loved one—we continue to walk alongside families through grief, offering bereavement resources, emotional support, and guidance during the healing process. No one should have to face loss alone, and we're here to provide comfort every step of the way.
